Not a great experience for me:
I only went to the Winchester store as the product I wanted to buy online was out of stock.
3 separate ladies standing behind me were attended to by assistants including the store manager.
I resorted to queuing at the till to ask for assistance to be told [by the manager] "sorry, I thought you were with someone else"

Imagine my disappointment this morning when making the bed to find that the fitted sheets (both) are not 150cm wide but 155cm - this explains why one of our previous purchases is also a poor fit.

I'll have to make a special journey to return these and open all your other stock to check the measurements

I love this store!! A great selection of products and excellent quality. A little on the expensive side for clothing but the bedding and towels are gorgeous!

The store is advertising 20% off this weekend however, at the till I was told that I had to give my personal details (name, address etc) in order to qualify for the discount or the gift would be charged at full price. I left without purchasing the scented candle I'd spent some time choosing as a gift. Data collection should not be mandatory in order to qualify for a discount. I'm very disappointed. I purchased a gift elsewhere, where I was simply able to pay!

Shopping here means that you have arrived! A very attractive selection of up-market items for the home. All expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I love everything in this store. It does great home products such as throes, candles and diffusers. There is also a good size selection of clothing and although it’s quite pricey, it is really good quality and the colours and styles are timeless.

They also have a great kids selection upstairs which is perfect for newborn gifts etc.

Really great service here too. Not at all pushy.

Went to purchase bed linen for my new Super Kingsize bed and the sales assistant, Phoebe was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the types of cotton count and what eould be best suited. Love White Company for both clothes and bed linen abd accsssories. Definitely be going back.

Expensive but good quality products. I especially love their hand and body lotion as they’re very luxurious and rich. Staff has always been helpful and friendly to me. The store has two levels. I’ve not gone upstairs yet but plan on checking it out soon. The sizing is American.

They always have the most brilliant products, especially their diffusers. They are, however, rather pricey. Either way, still a great shop.
