Used to love it... but its a bit messy now. Stuff just dumped all around, aisles blocked. Like for like not always near each other to compare. On plus side canteen nice but needs decorating updated...and those toilets are dire.

Careful when you by things from Dunelm online store they didn't refund you.
It's happening with me I ordered online but they didn't have the item so they messaged me that I was going to be refunded but I am waiting almost one month and no refund. I contacted the costumer service and they can't do nothing.

I know it was sale time, but lots of items in the wrong place, so really needed to check wording on price tag to get the right price. We was looking for storage and recycling bins. Found more lids than boxes/bins.
Not impressed this time. Normally things are more clear.

Oh dear....
The shop itself offers a plethora of textiles and homemaking goods which are very good value and the shelves were well stocked and tidy.

BUT our experience of exceptionally rude staff meant our visit was marred unnecessarily.

The man at the curtain department really didn't want to be there and was very rude and off-hand not only to me but several other customers.

The 2 young guys at the café servery were more intent on their own banter they left customers waiting to be served whilst they argued about whose break was upcoming and who was working the hardest.... not a good experience 😕

Certainly the staff need some customer service training as soon as possible.

Visited the St Albans store.Stopped in the cafe.We had a hot chocolate and a Mocha. The young Server was very pleasant and polite but bless him,no barista! He clearly needed more training. We also watched him empty bins and then serve more customers without obviously washing his hands. Many of the empty tables were unclean.
The food and drink is thankfully very reasonably priced.
As we sat and finished our drinks, a few of the staff members were sitting at a table nearby and fairly raucous.Could do better Dunelm. Not a good reflection on the company.

Be careful when buying bedding from Dunelm!!!! Awful service - bought a duvet cover set marked as a double and placed under the Double section on the sale table - drove home, opened it - saw it was in fact a single - immediately drove all the way back to Dunelm to be told they would not exchange it as the seal was broken - and it is hygiene control!!! I was not in possession of the set for an hour!!!! I was extremely disappointed as in my opinion it is their duty to label and place their stock correctly!!!! Rather use Amazon for bedding - at least you get what you pay for or get it replaced with no problem!!!!!

I Had to return a light fitting bought on 28th Nov. Due to illness and availability of an electrician I found out on 27th Jan the light fitting was not suitable for my low ceilings. On return I was told a credit note was not available and I would have to exchange for goods today for £95.00 . So I bought a replacement light fitting and had to scour the store to spend the rest of the money. I didn't want to waste the money buying something I really didn't need or want just to use up the money.
I would think a credit on my account could have been a good idea. Your staff were very diplomatic and handled the situation very well . I felt very sorry for her explaing the stores policy having it told to her over a head set. I wanted to take the headset and speak to the person on the other end to make my utter disappointment on the stores policy.

Met a friend for lunch today.
Whole of carpark like an ice rink as not salted(surely you have a duty of care to your customers)?. Cafe was freezing cold and when I used the loo, one cubicle was locked and in only available loo, seat chipped and marked toilet bowl similar. Pretty poor considering you sell loo seats!
Will be sending complaint in to manager.
Only reason I didn't
Make a fuss then was I was being treated by a friend.
