Good store with many products, you can find almost everything. In fact it’s a smaller version of combinations of IKEA, B&Q . I have been able to find what I’m looking for.

Store was clean and tidy , shelves were full of stuck. However the downside of this store is the car park, there’s not markings lines in car park and can be confusing for someone who’s there for the first time.

Awful staff. Label price doesn't match with the scan price. When we asked the staff who was scanning our things to change the label for future customer to match the scan price, he said ' don't tell me. We have nothing to do with the labels'. He was expecting us to go find the person who puts the labels. Not the first time seen such behavior from staff at this store. Can't even expect help to find anything in store. With such customer service attitude it is better to shop online.

Very nice cafe area, the staff here work very hard considering the lack of employees. There is however a weird smell in the building and some staff members seem to have issues with bodily hygiene which does not go unnoticed. There is however a ridiculously large range (hence the name) of products to purchase which gives this the 4 stars this deserves.

Meh the Thornhill one is better, personally for me, the issue is just how small the aisles are. Like it gets quite cramped trying to get around to certain bits. Used to smell like rotten eggs in there too but I think that's finally stopped😂 but, amazing prices and so so many products

I'm terribly disappointed. They have lovely Christmas decorations. I will agree. Unfortunately, not all of them are available in the store, so you may have to order them to home or collection from store, to have them. One or another way, you have to pay for delivery. Some ornaments so beautiful to make Christmas tree like from your dreams, but they can't deliver it to the store with attention or pack in better way. Careful on the box, fragile but they don't care, most of them crushed. Box was smashed. I was so disappointed and normally sad that the decorations where wasted, my time to go for it and the fuel wasted. At least they returned for everything but I decided to chose to pay only for 4 from 15, because bigger part was damaged.

At first when I walked in I was very excited as I thought there was lots to see. Despite things being a reasonable price, the shop seemed cluttered and without a structure. I’ve been to a few different ranges and this felt chaotic. Went to get a single duvet cover and there was only a couple of childrens ones, very poor choices.

Messy shop but great variety of stock... the biggest problem is the queues! There is always plenty of staff on the floor but obviously not managed very well as you can spend more time queuing than browsing

Parking is available and a wide variety of goods on show. Would use again. The garden chest I bought was in a rather soggy cardboard box, but it has been very wet of late. I had to point out that the price on the label did not match what the bar code scanner came up with.
