Really poor service - manager doesn't know difference between screws and bolts and when I asked him to help me find what I wanted just told me they didn't stock them. They did - and were right in front of him if he'd bothered looking. Won't be going back again in a hurry

now this a funny one i normal love a robert dyes alway buy a few things. i am a man in his forty’s. i was fellow around this store by an assent. i been to a wilco before paid for good you could clear see. its just bad customer service. they might want to take a look at there untidy store before me wont be useing this store again

Lived in Earls Court many many years. Always used RD on EC RD or Kensington. Staff very helpful and friendly. I'm a little wary of the previous comments. I've never had an issue in all the years living here with this store

There is an Irishman from co. Galway working there . He is the rudest thickest man I’ve come across . His attitude is pre set to - do not help in any way , . Insult the customer even . Useless!

Staff is uneven and not helpful at all. Everything seems SO complicated for no reason. I’ve been there a few times and I have felt mostly denied : nobody offers help even if it is obvious you need some. In the worst places I’ve been served in all Kensington.

0/5 star would have been my choice… but we can’t unfortunately. Staff is not competent, unfriendly, rude, and the prices are not reasonable.
