I would like to say a very big thank you to Michelle from Worcester Dunelm, we asked Michelle if it was possible to have a chair delivered today for a member of our family, the chair was needed for someone coming home for palliative care and hospital couldn't supply for a few days, we didn't mind paying delivery cost or even extra, Michelle enquired for us, however this was not possible, but straight away Mitchell said it would fit in her car and she would drop it off after she finished work at 3.30.
To say were amazing is an understatement, she delivered it as promised, Dunelm, you should be very proud of Mitchell and hopefully realise how lucky you are to have her as a member of your team. Again thank you Mitchell for coming to our rescue.

I'm torn on how to review this store. Prices are cheap and the goods are presented in a pile it high fashion with little space to move freely between these piles. I doubt whether it would be friendly for wheelchair users or those with other mobility issues. This is a two storey store with an escalator up and down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Poor service in cafe: Went there last week, very disappointed with the service, staff give off the impression that they don't want to be there, one in particular when I asked where the napkins were, she just pointed to a roll of catering paper towel on a table and grunted "blue roll"...no customer service from her at all...I have worked in catering so know the importance of how to treat customers, there is no excuse for rudeness..and certainly won't be back there in a hurry. Thank goodness there is more choice on the retail park now for refreshments, such a shame as it used to be well run with decent staff who knew how to treat people properly.

I didn't give it a full five stars as it seems that the gift shop is big and the Mill doesn't even seem to operate anymore. I was wanting to show the kids how cotton was woven, but I did manage to teach them that women of a certain level of self delusion will buy any tat with diamonties on it

Love to shop here. So many choices of what ever you are looking for. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

A lovely big store, nicely laid out. The store is great to buy all your household items. The prices are average and there are lots of nice items to buy. It's a great place to shop and it's worth looking at the sale items which you can find around the store. There is a nice free carpark with plenty of space. The store is well laid out and is kept clean and tidy.

Everything was great up until I had an online order to return. I had ordered two items and both where unsuitable. So went to the store to return Everything appeared to go well until I received the promised text some time later to advise that I had a part refund. I had only been refunded 1 of the two items that I'd returned. I had travelled some distance to get to the store and back so decided to call the store. A waste of time no lie I called approximately 20 times and not once was the call answered. So 2nd trip to the store the person I had originally delt with was not on the desk but another gentleman was I explained the situation and luckily the items returned where still behind the counter. So after a few checks I was informed that a 2nd credit had been made and I would get another text to advise. Having been bitten once I decided to wait for the receipt of the text before leaving the store. 20 minutes later still no text. Queried the refund and was assured it had been made and to check the next day. Now two days later still no text and no refund showing in my bank account. You really need to give customers something physical at the point of return to acknowledge there returns.

Unless you enjoy a major retailer taking your money off you for three months and mucking you about to the extreme AVOID AVOID AVOID. Dunelm shutter installation service definitely not worth the headache and when you escalate your complaint to higher up (not store level) they don't take you seriously and don't even bother to get in touch. Will never shop with Dunelm again. Totally taking customers for granted.
