DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely shocking customer service! We purchased a fold away bed from them which they promised to deliver on Monday. They provide no tracking details or any form of commuication to alert you as to when the item will be delivered. The delivery driver left the item on the street & didnt notify anyone of the delivery! I'm very lucky my neighbour noticed and called me to alert me to the fact that I had delivery 2 doors down! Not only did the delvery driver leave the item on the street he left it at the WRONG ADDRESS! I called to complain and spoke to someone who said they would call me back to confirm where the 2nd bed has gone to? No response... I had to chase myself again to find out what had gone on. I was then told to expect the delivery the nex day... Nothing turned up.... I received an email from Jaspreet apologising and confirming that the 2nd item will be correctly delivered... I emailed her back asking if they had tracking details or any further infoirmation on time of delivery, I receive NO RESPONSE. This morning low and behold the item has been delivered again to the wrong address and just left on the street!!!!!!! No one alerted me to the fact that it arrived! I was just lucky that I noticed it as I was walking past!
The customer service is just very poor and all they keep doing is passing the buck & explaining how it is the fault of the courier company not the fact that they are completely inefficient! In this day & age most if not ALL courier companies will call you or alert you to the fact your item has been delivered!
I will not be purchasing anything again from this company.

I can’t say anything about the quality of the product, as I had to cancel due to a delay in production (delay on materials) which I understand is no fault of the company. The customer service was very good though. Emma was quick to respond to queries and issued a refund. If we had the time to wait for the sofa bed we definitely would have, but unfortunately we needed one asap.

I bought a Jay-Be folding bed from Made to Last and was very impressed with both the bed and the customer service! I had a small issue with the order (my mistake, not theirs) and they sorted it for me right away.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service — they went above and beyond to resolve an issue that turned out to be a mistake on my part. The manufacturer of the product appeared equally engaged and supportive. Wouldn't hesitate to place another order in the future !

The staff were friendly and helpful when I contacted the company. The men who assembled the items I ordered were efficient and friendly. I am pleased with the furniture.

We just had two one-seater sofa beds delivered and could not be happier. They were ready several weeks early, and the delivery team was very clear and helpful.

The chairs themselves are wonderful - material is very high quality, beds fold out very easily, and they’re actually really comfy to sit on (which is not my experience with most sofa beds). Will definitely order from them again in the future!

So pleased with our new Jay-Be Two Seater Sofabed. Lovely quality, will be a great addition for occasional use (primarily for our grandson, can’t wait for him to stay over!). Thought at <£1k was good value for a well made British piece. Have to say Jaspreet pulled out all the stops to get to us speedily which was appreciated (missed our preferred delivery by one working day…..so last use of the air bed!!). Delivery folk at Humber also tried to get to us speedily, and the lorry guys were efficient and polite. Seal of approval from our Sprocker too! Highly recommend.

Possibly the most uncomfortable furniture I have bought, if you have a sore back this isn't the furniture for you, can't sit for more than 10 minutes before I have to get up and stretch. Not great quality either the cushions are more like pillows and offer no support to lower back.
