Just note that this Asda (Asda Living) is not a grocery store. Asda Living only sells household, personal care, clothing, electronics and in seasonal items.

There is a Costa cafe upstairs were you can sit-in and enjoy your drink/food.

Lots of free parking available, but it does get very chaotic in the car park during busy hours.

For the size of the store, it has poor choice and staff generally quite grumpy. The seasonal household stuff (summer garden time!) upstairs is pretty well stocked but I find even just upstairs at Chatham more interesting stuff.

Parking can be a nightmare. Go early or late. Stopped in cafe for a microwaved soggy sausage roll that cost nearly 3 pounds. Probs won't bother with the cafe again. Otherwise store is fine. They have taken all of the changing rooms out so you either have to buy it all and return it or try on in the shop behind a rack of jumpers. Your choice.

Loved it.
Managed to find so many items that I didn't realise I needed !
Great prices.
Managed to get a great deal on a Christmas tree.

Cafe closed. Nothing on the website or outside saying it was shut. Getting two kids and a pram out of the car and wrapped up in minus temperatures only to come straight back out again was really annoying.

Only used the cafe. They had a people saying serving normal coffee but had tea , hot chocolate and decaf coffee. This was not a problem but the member of staff serving was a miserable person. He was not welcoming in any way and due to this I am unlikely to return. He needs a few lessons in customer care.

I usually enjoy a visit to this store. This time I found it very frustrating and noisy .As I wear a hearing aid all I could hear was the horrible background music .I had to remove my aid which meant I couldn't hear anything .!!
I wish retailers would look into this problem .
