The Range

Another lovely lunch at our favourite place, we love it here&had our wedding reception here, it was amazing. Outstanding food & great staff, highly recommended 👌 beautiful surroundings 😁

The lift was broken, AGAIN! never seems to be working so unfortunately if you have a pushchair or wheelchair, you'll miss out half the store. Unfortunately the thing I wanted to shop for was upstairs so they lost my custom there

I usually love the range at Christmas time, but unfortunately when I asked a member of staff if there were anymore christmas bits coming, she started flaring her arms saying "what do you mean", repeating herself, "we have lots of christmas stuff, can you not see". I said maybe its a different layout but its not as large as usual, and she scoffed and shook her head. Being autistic, body language is something I pick up on, and her verbal response tells me there has been no training given to the staff around customer communications. Which is concerning. I felt so uncomfirtable I had to drop what I had and leave with my son. I won't be returning.

The range is a good shop with a wide variety of household items, it's not too expensive. The times I've been, there have only been one or two tills open but it's not usually too much of a wait. Definitely will continue to be a regular shopper at these stores.

Ask for trolley and the man on the customer service desk said can't give them out on 31 12 22 not very helpfu so went down aldi did frozen food shoping with 77 year old mum so want b using iceland againl

Picked up a real Christmas tree from the range Colchester branch today (21st November 2021) Have to say what fantastic service!! The guy serving outside dealing with the trees (didn't take his name unfortunately) was absolutely fantastic!! He was brilliant with my little girl who is only 4 years old, also gave me some useful information as it was my first time having a real tree, he was happy to take the netting off the tree to see if I was happy with it. He freshly cut the end of the tree for me so I didn't have to do it at home on my own.
This man is a credit to your team, I will definitely come back next year for another Christmas tree! Also went inside to grab a couple of bits, it was very busy but the checkout lady was very friendly towards myself and my little girl.

Good selection of merchandise, parking right outside store. Busy though, may need to queue.
