DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

Worst customer service ever!!!

I ordered an Aladdin water bottle which was advertised leak proof but when i received the bottle it leaked many times in my handbag causing damage to many valuable items. I then requested a refund at the beginning of December and have chased them many many times via email for the refund and all i hear back from them is we need to speak to finance. Today i decided to call them and they tell me that they haven't received the item but I don't believe them. Why did they not tell me that two months ago? Never did they apologise to me or make an effort to help. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they wouldn't take my call. DISASTER and waste of money!!!

Worst shopping experience with this seller. I purchased a suitcase online, and never received it. I asked the seller where is it, and 2 days later they said it is out-of-stock and you may change it for something else. I provided them with another suitcase and told them I must receive it within 7 days. They replied after 3 days (a Tuesday) saying, we can send it, but it'll take 5 days. If they just had told me on day one that it was out-of-stock, I could've bought something else, and if they had just replied when I sent them back, they could've sold me the suitcase, but they have the worst customer experience ever.

Just don't buy from this company. Ordered a flask. They took the money right away but a week later the flask still hadn't been dispatched. Phone calls and emails unanswered. Ask for a refund which they did reply to and got my money back. Not worth the wait. No communication.

Awful customer service! Item never arrived twice eBay went in there favour as apparently tracking came to my door through letter box but how a glass ornament can fit through a letter box is beyond me! Con artists!!

This is a shocking company. I bought a hand blender from them which broke and they have failed to respond to my multiple requests for information on a refund or repair. I would advise others not to purchase from them. I would give them no stars if this was an option

This is a scam company. I've never encountered anything like this.

They take your money then totally ignore your emails asking where the product is.

I haven't even had a refund.

If you have a problem they just ignore you - bought a measuring jug from them at the end of November and within 30 days it melted in the microwave. Manufacturer told me that within that time frame the retailer was responsible for replacement etc. Despite 8 attempts to contact them - 4 emails and 4 phone calls (all of which went to ansaphone) I got No response at all from The Homewares Company - total garbage - customer service non-existent. Fortunately manufacturer eventually resolved the problem but it took 2 months to sort out.

AVOID - SCAM.
Put in all of my usual card details to pay for a £20 clock, before my details disappeared and I was suddenly told ‘this payment type cannot be processed, please pay via PayPal’. Left their website, thinking that was an unusual request. 5 days later, £450 had left my account using TransferGo.com, who were very unhelpful in resolving the issue. Luckily, my bank refunded the amount. Have reported.
