Lovely shop as with all Dunelm great prices and love the coffee shop, good parking, disabled access, and lift to the first floor. Toilets are very clean and staff here are always friendly

Literally only went in for 1 thing which was £3.50, came out £98 lighter, so many lovely things I could have so easily spent more.
Clearly laid out over 2 floors with stairs and a lift, customer toilets upstairs, a couple of areas were a bit tight for manoeuvring my loaded trolley, currently a small Christmas section but well stocked. Curtain section is huge, with a special made to measure desk for those with non standard windows.

Does exactly the same as the other outlets.. Friendly staff, who're happy to help...

Constant professionals, when managing bored teens, who're mooching about in store, because they have nothing to do...

The staff, I witnessed, acted professionally, courteously & in the best interest of the business...

I love this shop generally always get what you want but it's a great shop just to have a browse

Somehow, I managed to order two different colours of the bedding I wanted. I had opened some of the packages, thinking that there was a cover over the cream that I had bought. When I realised, I returned them and the right colours were ordered for me, no problem. I couldn't fault the service, which was first rate.

Nice shop to have a mooch around, as there aren't many shops in sittingbourne anymore. Bedlinen, curtains, kitchen wear, cushions, pictures, clocks, lots of household bits and bobs. Certainly worth a visit when in sittingbourne.

A good place to go if you want to buy stuff for your house such as curtains, cushions, fake plants, ornaments, pictures and clocks, etc.
