Peter in the shop front was great help in helping me find smoke alarms for a rented property. Along with a great personally and knowledge of the store and it’s product.

I never usually leave reviews but I felt Garry provided a brilliant service today and really went above and beyond.

I also felt the other members of staff working were also warm and courteous when serving customers. Will definitely be using the store more in future! Many thanks

Very bad customer service from this store !! Would not refund a defective fan bought a week ago ? Asked me to show a credi card receipt that they never give anyway ? And told me to go back to where I bought it in central london !!!!
I went to the Earl’s Court store and they refunded my item with no problem !! I don’t know if it a lack of training but very bad experience overall .?

Sue was very rude and not professional neither helpful. I had to speak to the manager who was really kind and help us to return the Hoover which was our right as customers if we are not happy with a product.

Very good and helpful. Alert and on the ball staff. It's great for someone to say, let me get that for you ( product on a high shelve I was trying to reach)
