Bought a phone. was very sceptical that the price was so low, 15-20% lower than i was finding elsewhere. bought it listed as "very good condition". phone looked brand new i tried to find blemishes, to no avail , was delivered a day early. even if i was forced to criticise in any way i would have nothing bad to say.

I actually had to spend some time checking Google Streetview and other review sites when I saw the price as I thought perhaps I was being scammed. But no, completely genuine, lovely product in immaculate condition, even with a full battery charge, and very fast very cheap delivery even during lockdown. I don't know if these guys are the best kept secret on the web or what, but my pristeen Galaxy Tab S6 was £80-£100 cheaper than I could find anywhere else including Amazon and eBay. Thanks team, this customer will be back!

Better than CEX. Quick to answer phone, high quality customer service. High quality refurbished items. Ordered a tablet, part of it was faulty, but they replaced immediately as the issue was brought up to them. I've bought 2 items from them as of now. Will buy more in the future.

Purchased a Samsung Q700a soundbar from these guys, it was £250 cheaper than elsewhere and the service was superb, there was a 1 day delay in delivery but Mick let me know & explained why, the product arrived as expected & I am super happy with the item & the service, well done .

I bought a refurbished (pristine)black 128gb Samsung S5e tablet from them, and unfortunately there was a mixup and they only had the 64gb version in stock. They called me the day after I ordered and asked if I would be happy with a silver 128 instead. Great customer service and great products too. Also saved loads of money by getting a refurbished device that looks and performs as if it were new

True to his word, he was back on the phone 30 minutes to me with all the details needed so that I could make my purchase.
