Had 9 keys cut here with the machine and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to return any of them, (I have had this issue at Timpson before). Also, all the staff were so pleasant and helpful - overall a great experience. Especially big shout out to the American lady (I didn't catch her name)!

Probably one of my favourite shops on the Chiswick High Road. This has absolutely everything for the home that you could possibly need. Kitchen utensils and cookware, laundry items e.g ironing boards, washing bowls, detergent. Lots of gadgets and even a suprising tool section.

Easy to shop in great use of signage helpful and friendly staff

A small, a bit overpriced store for the selection of goods it contains. The quality of goods is not as good and there are a lot of staff for house renovation that I would expect to find there but I could not

Wrong address listed on here and the website. When I finally found it the customer service was terrible!

Their computer said that they had only one of the item I was looking for. Rather than going to check in their stock room the clerk insisted I go to another store.

Don’t waste your time

Today I walked in ans was greated straight away and asked if I needed help. I asked if they had any soup makers (which they did) they showed me them straight away.
Till point was a nice and easy transaction handled.

Very nice staff working in Robert Dyas Chiswick. Well done everyone.

The staff in this store can't count, and wasted 40 minutes of my day today when I had to return to collect the 4th storage box of my click and collect order. On the first try, they gave me 3 storage boxes. I didn't find out until home when I opened the massive cardboard box to find one missing. It is their job to check click and collect orders, not mine. Use a different Dyas (or Ryman's) wherever possible.

Called to ask for advice, person answered the phone , then when I started speaking put the phone down, then didn't answer when I rang back. Happily the Ealing store answered the phone quickly and helped me enormously.
