Met Pete there who helped me and my family a lot! He was very kind and is full of knowledge, he truly went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. We were very impressed with the way he dealt with us. Honestly he made this whole experience 100x better. Big applause to Pete !!

Very difficult to navigate curtain selection as wanted pencil pleats but majority were eyelets. No staff available to offer any assistance to locate curtains we wanted. Also wanted net curtains cut to size and to discuss made to order.
A staff member was eventually located after a very long wait. She was unprofessional and aired her views very loudly to another colleague as she thought it was unfair she had to help two people. We left without purchasing and won't be back.

This place gave me heart palpitations. There is stuff everywhere. You MUST read the labels on the shelf. Found approximately 20 items in one aisle where the item and the label did not match. I can imagine there being a few irate customers taking an item to the checkout and then discovering it is significantly more expensive than expected. You would also get a few customers thinking the cashier has messed up, and now they have just got a lampshade for half price. A couple of the team were cheery and genuinely happy. A shorter gent in his 50's was asking everyone if they needed assistance and a gent at the checkout who had glasses on a chain (a bold choice) were the highlight if my brief visit to Dumelm. I would rather spend 2 hours lost in IKEA. On a side note the cafe is rubbish.

Click and collect was very easy. Didn't get a chance to look around the store but looked like it was full of things I'd want to buy.

What a joke this place is! Click and collect supposed to be ready at midday. Showed up 17:00, waited in the queue for over 30min to be told my items are not ready for collection. To make it worse they refuse to refund my money and told to call customer service. I suppose that’s so I can stay in another queue, this time on the phone. Useless!!

Spent 3 hours at the collier's wood shop to choose curtains, placed an order worth nearly GBP 2000, and came back home to get a 100 GBP parking ticket for overstaying their precious parking lot by 1 hour! Are you guys for real??

This is a report from a friend from Los Angeles who made a special trip to buy bedding as the style most common in the US didn't suit her beds. Was advised of excellent prices and a good choice of products4

Wow, this shop is great for household stuff. To many to mention, from rugs, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, bedding, curtains, mirrors, and loads of other stuff. Very good value !
