Just need a better system to deal with the queues which build up at times...

Avoided helping me out. They were so rude, huffing and puffing away. I met with three staff members and all three just didn’t seem bothered. It was disgusting

Ordered online for a click and collect. The store was quite busy, did other shopping then queued to pay. My store items were paid for then the assistant left me standing there, muttering something about needing a password for the collection. I suggested she serve the next customer but was left standing there for 10 mins. I spoke to 3 other checkout assistants about waiting for the collection, all of whom looked at me vacantly then disappeared into the office.i wanted to speak with the manager but was pushed for time. Appalling customer service.

Great place to shop homeware, bedding, house decorations. They have very good selections on bedding and colours to match. Prices can be little expensive compared to others homeware stores. They promote their own makes quiet a lot.

In need for "some" quality home products (bed, furniture, etc) this is still one of the best brands to go for. The shop well stocked, instructions and signage visibly everywhere. A bit too much waiting at the tills but overall ok.

I love this shop, the bedding is brilliant and there's a wide range. There are many different types of curtain and rails too. It has a coffee shop and lots of other things to browse. What's not to love!
