Laundry basket was the objective. Eventually I did what I should've done in the first place and asked an assistant who was not only helpful but also had a great sense of humour. The basket that I selected was just £5 which seemed reasonable and also blue colour which I prefer.

Awful customer service. Manager of store in Aylesbury is a complete tool. Has no manners and is very unprofessional and immature. Staff don’t know their own products and actually hand out incorrect items and then refuse to exchange.

A jumble sale everything just thrown in sections, wrong stock in lots off places. Staff just walking around chatting to other staff or on phones. Nice lady on the door as greater tho.

Awful customer service. Incompetent staff, when I ordered an item my card was double charged and I am following like a fool since a week, every time I contact, gets same response we are working on the case and nothing happen afterwards.

This is a cross between the traditional department store and the modern warehouse outlet and for those of a certain age, like me, reminiscent of Woolworths.

They have a good range of products; some own brand and some well known brands. Prices are competitive and very reasonable so presumably they are cutting their margins to the bone.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to deal with. The branch has a small but pleasant cafe area. There are in store toilets which are clean and am maintained.

Visited here on Friday 30th December around 8pm to find a particular suitcase, online said it was in stock however it wasn't on display, a young lad call Assad?? (Apologies if I've misspelled your name) was busy fixing the displays but took time to come and see if I was ok and went out the back to find the suitcase for me (IT Divine) that had only just been delivered.. great customer service Dunelm is lucky to have this young man on their staff, I had a previous experience in this store which wasn't so good with a young girl who was more interested in her phone than showing me where the 4ft fitted sheets were... So well done Assad

Great variety, everything in stock good value for money

Love it. Lots of good household stuff. Great kitchenware section with lots of different gadgets and utensils.
