Good store but on last visit very busy, most staff were miserable being disabled & asking for help with a buggy staff refused, unlikely to return around Christmas. Otherwise good bargains & value for money.

Ok place clean and tidy toilets there too and cafe. Lady was on her own serving hot chocolate was a bit cold. Prices have gone up was looking at the Xmas decorations and they wasn't that great very expensive for Xmas tree ones

Very poor and inflexible customer service. Tried to return an own brand product (labelled therefore the required proof of purchase according to the applicable legislation) that was faulty for a replacement. No receipt, so a "search was needed on their computer", even though it was a cash purchase, so I'm not sure what they would be looking for. Fair enough though, that's their policy, but they can only do that on a weekday apparently, because they are too busy at weekends to do it. It was not busy. I now have to go back again in the week and felt thoroughly disappointed and annoyed. Thank you for spoiling my only day off this week.

Fab items purchased here which weren't in stock in other stores locally. Would recommend. Parking is limited though.

The store itself is nice and has got everything you need, slow checkout service and even slower customer service, waited 35 minutes to exchange a jumper because only 1 member of staff was able to do it and they were blowing up balloons??
Train more staff.

Rude member of staff that served me....
1. Snatched item that did not scan even though was same item still to be scanned.
2. No interaction I.E. good morning.
3. Was to busy talking to his colleague.
4. Had to force and thank you from him.
This is not the first time this has happened in this store.

took some curtains backto the cannock shop they was too short had a receipt the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful,wouldn't let us swap for a bigger size will not be shopping there again absolutely appalling customer service ended up taking them back to the Willenhall branch who were very helpful and brilliant customer service

Always decently priced and good stock levels. Shelf edge pricing could be better. Expect queues at busy times.
