I am 16 and wanted to buy hotglue refill sticks and this is a restricted item. Its amazing i can ride a motorbike, Get marreid, Pay tax, move out, join the millitary if i wanted yet i'm still restricted from buying a harmless item. :(

We went in to pick up a rug they had kindly put back for me. The young lady at customer services seemed slightly disinterested but put out a call for someone to get it for us. We had a wander around the store and picked up some bits from the Iceland area of the store. Great rug. Lovely food. So all good.

Nice store. A lot of stock all over the place. Not a lot of room walking down the isles. Lots of staff talking at the customer services till. Only had one till open, with a que of staff.

Even though thongs are a little chaos but the staff were working hard as they was getting the Christmas shelves ready other than this it was clean and tidy the staff was very polite and courteous.

Took my disabled eldery mum in here. It was a nightmare to walk around the store safely as there were stacks of cardboard boxes piled high everywhere. Blocking up aisles and walk ways..we could not push the wheelchair without coming across across these..we could not manoeuvre around so had to walk a different way to then come across more stuff in the way...Also the toilets were DISGUSTING!.. not one single toilet had any toilet paper in it..empty cardboard loo rolls were over the floor in all toilets and in one toilet there was even a dirty sanitary towel and pantie liner on the floor..That had not even been mopped either...This store is going down hill ..shame really as it was a nice store..

items marked clearly on all blinds got to the till and was charged an extra £2 apparently they can do this if you don't pay then you can't have items and all will be removed from shelves so check before payment several friends have also had the same member of staff said its always happening!

Big thanks to Johathan manager of the Range imperial Park Bristol. He was the person I could go to while trying to get furniture from their store delivered ,he came back to me with as much as he could do ,his hands were tied. The company Arrow who delivered their furniture let them down 52 in the queue when calling them also when delivery arrived boxes damaged and nuts and bolts to chairs missing . Communication between store and delivery hopeless.
After 2 months (expected delivery told in store 5 days ) and lots of phone calls and unreplied calls we eventually had a end result .
Sam from Arrow at the very end made a call to say what was happening and as of last Friday all sorted .(even then 1 chair was still damaged ) but managed to catch delivery drivers before they left and exchanged a chair .
Order placed 29th September , a long 2 months!
Went into store today and given a 10 % discount on full order 👍 Thank you Jonathan
