Even though it was busy, food was done quick and tasted awesome. Coffee has always been great here too!
Friendly staff, clean seating, great food and drink all served with a smile. What more can you ask for!

I love dunelm and always enjoy a coffee and bacon bap during shopping. The one star is for the children's sandwiches. £2.45 for 1 slice of bread with cheese and ham, no wonder kids eat free after 3pm....those of us that visit earlier with our little ones are paying for them. Not impressed, but everything else is a fair price and tasty.

Loads of variety of bedroom, kitchen, bedding, household items-reasonably priced from this outlet. Near to a lot of other stores in the st James retail park region and lots of parking spaces too.Two floors to conquer but don’t let that put you off as the variety there is huge!!!Recommended- kg1 production….

The Dunelm in Kettering is beautiful

However the café is where I went

I can't believe one staff

Customers waiting

Poor lady she is taking orders, making drink, and prepping food.

Lovely patient lady

But I don't like the wait.

Please get more staff for Xmas at least!

Food and drinks always nice though.

Dunelm has quality products at reasonable prices. I love their bedding for my boys room. I ordered though click and collect and it was very easy to collect at the front of the store. You can find there anything from bedding and curtains to kitchen cutlery and Christmas decorations. Upstairs there is a Cafe. Plenty of parking spaces.

Went in for click and collect items. Lady on till called for another member of staff as 'if I come off the app on my handset it will be a faff to log back in to it as it's so long winded.' This was all said in a tone of voice to suggest I was being a nightmare customer expecting to be served. Another member of staff came to help. I was asked to move out the way whilst she moaned that she now had to go through faffy process as other girl hadn't arrived quickly enough. NOT A PLEASANT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. If I hadn't already paid for items I'd have walked out and gone elsewhere. Will think twice about shopping here again.

Ordered two rugs to click and collect. One was then cancelled because it wasn't in stock. Decided to visit the store and chose a replacement while picking up the other one, and chose something off the shelf. The problem was the staff. It took 25 minutes to find the new rug. Eventually a senior member of staff came in and sorted it all out, but it was embarrassing. Then, there was a 10 minute wait at the tills. Plenty of staff were hovering around, but only one of them was serving. So all in all, not great. I got what I went for, eventually, but the experience was like pulling teeth.

Generally a good experience. Quite busy but not unbearable. But I was disappointed to find out while doing my xmas wrapping that the baby bedding I bought had been marked up in price from £9 to £12. I'm guessing this was because it's xmas?
