Handy for bits and bobs for the house when you can get to a bigger DIY/tools and hardware merchant, during the working week. Staff are helpful too.

Always picking up my 'Click and Collect ' orders from this store (Queen Street, City of London) and the staff are always helpful, polite and courteous.

A good range of hardware, kitchen ware and other items Reasonbly priced and better stocked than some other Dyas stores.

I visited the store today to buy a kettle. They had good varieties.. chose one, took it to the cashier. opened the the box after getting the cashier's permission to check the contents. I struggled to pack the kettle etc back in the box. I found the cashier was not at all helpful nor did he offer to help despite the fact that there was no one else at the till .. felt he was just too tired to help or put in a smile. Will prefer to buy online on my next purchase

Was looking for an adaptor, staff was impatient and recommended the wrong product. I paid £25 for it and after two minutes came back to say it was the wrong product. Staff refused to give me a refund because I 'didn't have a receipt'. Save your receipt next time because their memory lives shorter than two minutes.

The shop assistant recommended exactly the right product! Great service.
