Went here recently and the customer service is so bad. I asked one employee if he could help me with a query. He point blanked ignored us and then ignored the queue that was forming at the till and just hid at the back of the store. He eventually came to the tills and I again asked him about my query just to be answered sarcastically. He really could not be bothered with being there so I don’t know why he even bothers to turn up if he can’t even speak to customers politely. They have quirky products but if you don’t improve customer service then people will just buy from Amazon ... for cheaper as well!!!

Just want to say how helpful the staff are at this Branch and the young man who is so informative and knowledgeable is amazing. I didn't know they sold printers and I will definitely be purchasing one in your branch. Thank you again for all your help and guidance really appreciate 🙏 it.

I ordered an iron to be delivered to the store. After phoning 5 times I was told it was lost! No phone call or e mail and waited 3 weeks to be finally told. Totally unexceptable.

Excellent service, called me when my item arrived and the lovely and friendly sale advisors helped me with my order and putting it in my car as I had my little one with me
