The Range, Salisbury

Bit chaotic, no prices on shelves. Stock cluttering up aisles. There was an extreme shortage of staff, those who were available were very pleasant. I think i will leave it a while before i revisit. The shop has lovely stock but it very hard to buy anything.

Had a terrible experience last week and I am thoroughly disgusted with the attitude of some staff members..with a particular shout out for Jess!! Went into to return a damaged item and was basically told that we had damaged it even though it was still nearly fully wrapped. Disgusting sneery attitude is not what you expect after a 25 Mile Round trip.
To top it off when we finally got through to someone on the phone we were told by Tina to bring it in straight away iand they’ll exchange it so after another 25 mile round trip we get there and Tina’s not there and let nobody know that we were coming!! Thanks very much won’t be back ever

Good parking and very friendly staff. The gentleman who served me was very friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and tidy with a good selection of products, but felt a little claustrophobic because of the store layout. However, that may just be me! Worth stopping in.

Great big shop, you would be hard pushed not to find what you are looking for in here, it's quite amazing under one roof, art supplies ,furniture, cushions ,throws, duvets, ornaments ,pictures, even frozen & fresh foods, so good here. Parking is very large area, only criticism , I couldn't find my way to the shop from the car, there are so many hedges in front of cars, you can't see where you have to go, people were trying to squeeze through these hedges lol. But great shopping area, lots of other shops too, home discounts, DFS, Matalan & b&q over the road, great.

The Range has DIY / Home / Garden and Iceland outlets that probably be one stop shop for the consumers who looks in to all necessary needs except for total grocery range. The place in value for money and my favourite place to buy detergent for my baby at the lowest price.

Very disappointed today at the Range Salisbury.......we had a little drive to get there and by looking at the website seemed there was a café there and toilets!!! But there wasn't either. We asked as soon as we got there as when you get to a certain age it's really important 😏. The girl looked at us and said no there is isn't any here. So we raced around and got the main thing we went there for storage boxes with lids and left ASAP!!!! The sad thing is if we had had the time to look around we would have probably bought a lot more 😉. There were lots of staff about and I have to say that the place was a shambles. Nobody asked if we needed any help and at one point there were three members of staff right by us. There was still Christmas stuff about and they were obviously trying to sort things out. However as the majority of retail has already sorted this out by now there was no excuse for the total mess that was in there. There were no trolleys outside and as it turns out they were in use within the store by staff trying to get stock out......
I am sorry The Range you need to get your act together. Your sister branch in Southampton at Winchester Road has a coffee shop and toilets this allowing their customers to stay and buy!!! You have great products and a brilliant large retail space that utilised could be brilliant. Good parking and with the retail park you are located you can't possibly go wrong and should be raking it in. The state it's in though I am surprised you survive........one very disappointed customer service

Great place to shop for all home decorations, garden tools and plants. There are also aisles for the Iceland brand for edibles.

For practical thing you need handy in the garage or the garden, the Range is always a good idea. If you look for something to light up your living room you will find something here 😀
