The item was neatly packaged, almost like being gift-wrapped. It made me feel special as if I was the only customer. The transaction was smooth and the product is as described. It was delivered quickly. However, I am not so sure about after-sale support. I had a minor query which I emailed but have not had a reply (docked 1 star).

Unhelpful and inflexible when attempting to resolve support queries. Items are fine but overpriced. I will be avoiding this company in the future.

Sold a Baavet wool pillow that still stinks of sheep after weeks of airing. It makes my whole bed smell but the wont refund it as it has been used. Will never buy from them again.
