A great place for most of your home needs.

Be it be pans and pots, smaller kitchen equipment and utensils, laundry items, cleaning liquids etc.

The only thing I found was, even if they have given, say 40% offer, do check the price of items online in google or other shops. Many times I found that they discounted price was not that cheaper (and sometimes the same). Having said that, I did get some good bargains every now and then

Really vibrant and positive member of staff
Ash went the extra mile for me and got me everything that they never had in store and called me when it arrived.
Highly recommend talking to a member of staff before leaving, as you'll never know if they can get the item in their branch for you.
Wouldn't recommend some of the others, who are somewhat sneering and arrogant.
sadly this is a small store form the start, yet they consolidated their building with Ryman and now they don't carry as much stock or variety. Pointless, only once you would buy a printer from Ryman. The pens they stock are double of what they're sold for online elsewhere

Brilliant displayed items with excellent service and offers. One of our well known favourite stores been serving us a while now. Loads of good quality items too boot merry Xmas to all .

Great customer service. Went into this store to pick up an order and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

A team of friendly, patient and helpful staff. Went to the shop today to do some printing and as usually the printer decided to play up. The team was not having any of that and did their utmost best to fix whatever problems they were faced with.
Thank you so much for your help. I truly appreciate all you did. I would have given you a big fat TEN because that’s what you deserve. Very professional indeed😀

I recently shopped in Robert Dyas Orpington. I was rather manic throughout my shopping experience & purchased rather a lot of goods . The staff were extremely helpful in helping me collect the items that I required. They spent approximately 1 hour with me. The manager Sarah English was a very professional lady who bagged up the items That I wished to take hone with me. The other items were stored in the store for me to collect. Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital later the same day & was unable to collect the items.m as arranged My husband who was also unavailable on the day, went into the store a few days later to explain the situation. Sarah kindly kept the goods all bagged up & ready to collect in their warehouse. I finally picked these items up on Friday 23rd April (11 days after the purchase). Once again Sarah went out of her way to assist us by bringing the goods from the shop to our car parked several meters up the road.
Overall I cannot thank all the staff in the Orpington branch enough for all their help & assistance during my diabetic hypoglycaemic episode.

With return to shopping after lockdown I had to make a visit to a few shops in Orpington one of which was Robert Dyas. A bit nervous to be out shopping again but very impressed with this store. Social distancing in place by staff and they even went out their way to go and get the goods I needed. I made a point of thanking the manager. Will return here and can recommend to others who are worried about a return to shopping!!
