Dunelm

If I could give -1 I would’ve… I arrived at this store around 18:35 to collect an item which costs over £100… before collecting the item I remembered had to get couple items that I needed. I got the items then went to till where I saw a young Caucasian female… I told her I wanted to pay for the items but also needed to collect item I’d ordered online… gave her the order number and at the same time ask if there was a toilet? She answered unfortunately not… I’ve been a very regular and loyal customer at the store but due to the cafe being closed I simple thought no access to that toilet but as I stood listening to her on a phone with a another staff trying to get my item I’d purchased online I became desperate for the toilet so I moved away quickly walked upstairs and entered the cafe stream where noticed it was ok to access the toilet! I’m sure this young girl must’ve known the toilet was there… how could she not have known…. ? I had 4 large items and she saw me struggling and didn’t even offer to get help…. I’d spend in total over £150 all together with Dunelm on this one day…! This young girl came across unhelpful, clumsy inept!!! She’s in the wrong job! Awful! Lying about the toilet was disgusting!! Perhaps it’s the way I looked!! What else could it have been…? I really needed the toilet… I would replace her with someone else who’s kind, caring with great customer skills !! And also the case that holds the mattress topper still had the security seal on so I had the cut through the plastic to get the item out the package which was a waste as I wanted to use for storage!!

I often come here when I have our car serviced nearby. Its the perfect place to relax with a coffee and I always leave with something for the home. Love their products and service is great.

My first visit to Dunelm, amazing,so many items for the house. We were inquiring about Curtains and Blinds . The lady assistant answered all our questions and put our minds at rest. She certainly knows her stuff. T

Huge Dunelm store over 2 floors. Upstairs accessible by lift or stairs so very disability friendly.

Lovely home goods. Buy in store, online, delivery and click and collect.

Good range of products. Not really great for click and collect though - if you have more than one thing in your order it is possible for one/some to be missed out as they don't put the items together.

Nice shop but watch the car park. Attendants in plain clothes lurk around looking for any excuse to hand out a ticket and if they find one they won't tell you, they'll wait till you've gone then put it on your screen. I speak from experience.

Love their products...BUT!. You can't buy gift cards online, you can't SPEND gift cards online, the size sheets we needed aren't sold in store so we would need to buy them online. Products are great but dunelm in general is not very user friendly

A well-stocked store with something for every room in the house. Sadly we wanted bathroom accessories and the stock was not of high quality.
