I've never had a bad experience here apart from waiting 7days for online orders delivered to store,when the store over 3 days has the stock but sells it grrrrr
But fantastic prices & staff IMHO

Its a good store. the staff are really helpful & supportive.
I & my wife really liked this store, variety of electric/electronic products with nominal price.
I would high recommend this place for any electric/electronic items.

The store really needs updating, the outside looks like the Robart Dyas from years ago. Staff werent bothered when I told them I was given the wrong order click and collect, I received a refund after I asked for one when I was asked 'what do you want then'. Lovely...

The staff helped me find what I wanted and were able to explain how it compared to another brand.
They were very friendly and helpful.

First time I have been able to visit this branch since moving to the area during lockdown. Able to finally track down picture hooks which means I can hang pictures to put finishing touches to my new home. Very helpful staff = bonus!
