Above and beyond customer service this morning from James and Geordie at Robert Dyas, East Sheen. Their efforts to help me were not linked to a sale - but their willingness to help me has definitely built loyalty that will encourage me to shop by default here. 5* service.

I like the shop, staff are helpful. But I came here to say that staff should be allowed to sit at the tills - especially if they're elderly. It's a long time for them to be on their feet and it just doesn't seem kind to me.

The staff at East Sheen are very helpful. They advise me because I always have lots of questions! Nothing is too much trouble, they’re very welcoming and know a lot about what’s on their shelves. Thank you to them, I know one lady is called Brenda (Breda?) I think there’s Mark (or Matt?) Monica (?) and Samita or Sanitta I’m not sure but they really help me with choosing the best product for what I want. This is what customer service should be like!

I had lost my receipt and unpacked my purchase from the box before I realised it would not be suitable. The staff in the store could not have been more helpful, locating a suitable replacement and retrieving my receipt from the till. Thank you!

Love this shop, colleagues always friendly and helpful. They are well informed about what they sell, and offer fantastic advice. Debs is incredibly helpful and has assisted me on many occasions.

very helpful team and great way of dealing with people during the pandemic.I get the sense they are not supported as much as they should be by their company. Its a shame because if they felt really valued they would be amazing.
