The Range

The staff here were great no problems returning items.
But whichever range you go in around the Country, half of the prices are missing off the shelves and never anyone to ask. Although when and if you find a advisor they are helpful.
Bu again I do think a lot of the items to be good except for the furniture I always seem to take it back as the quality is never very good. In fact I won't buy anymore furniture.
I guess you get what you pay for

A selection of places to suit many ages and needs. From trampolining, outdoor equipment, craft, sweets, drinks, furniture,home decor, branded toys from toy shop, carpets. Carpark is busy but plenty of space if willing to park further away. Now has a Costa, burger king and KFC.

Served by a large women called Michelle on customer services her atitude is absolutely disgusting she was so rude couldn’t be bothered at all!! I then had a refund and asked if I could give her the odd penny to get the right money back and she said they can’t do that anymore which is a complete lie horirble unapproachable person If you don’t want to work there leave because your atitude is terrible

Ok so been going to the range for years, need some cat food so picked up a couple of jumbo box of 44 Felix as good as it looks, was not priced on shelf but 40 pouches were £13.49 so can be that much more so I thought ( you can order into shop 88 pack for £24.99 ) was dismayed when it came up on til at £49.98. So after quering it seems it's correct and that for 4 pouches your being charge £11.50 extra, complained but nothing can be done but ethically, surely it's wrong as it literally robbing people out of a lot of money. Makes you wonder what else they are ripping you off on. Be very aware, The Range should be ashamed of themselves, shall never shop there again out of principle to the many people I am sure they have ripped off, selling these jumbo boxes.

Besides the annoyance of price labels missing, they tried to charge me full price for an item on sale. Even before purchasing, i made sure the barcode corresponded with the sale label(as there two different ones). Told the cashier, seemed uninterested and said that that was the price, and nothing can be done to change it. No effort made to check the label on the shelf. It might have only 50p off ,but the fact is, that store should have sold the product at the price shown on the label. Walked out. Won't bother with Range again.

Very large and a wide variety of gifts and thing to buy, shelves were well stocked and staff were very helpful.

Queued for an extremely long time. Requests were put out for more staff who never arrived. Had one item which was £19.99 but came up on till at £24.99. Queried the price and basically was told that’s the price take it or leave it!! So left it!! Have since checked the price online and it is the lower price. Sort yourselves out The Range!!

Lots of stock and lovely displays. A very helpful staff member in the garden section advised me on their products. They have some lovely Christmas items including a multi coloured Christmas tree. That's the first one of those I've seen!

I had an issue when I got to the tills as a bag I'd chosen came up as £5.99 instead of the £2.33 marked on the shelf where I'd got it from. I asked them to honour the price displayed and they said it was against their policy. I argued this and the manager showed me the label on the shelf wasn't actually matching the barcode of the item I wanted. In fact there was no label for that item anywhere. They apologised that it wasn't properly marked and I left with the bag paying full price.

To be honest, I was rather rude to the staff at one point and I apolgised to them for that and suggested they display their store policy - in store. They were very good about it and I can't fault their service. I apologise once again and thank the staff for their professional attitudes.
