Brought a paddle board advertiser weight up too 120kg so we decided to buy it. Like this weight more people could use it. Spoke to customer information desk. They said its the weight that is written on the box. I said u only pick this one because you display said 120kg. False advertisement. No Happy. I will informed trading standards

They have some really nice things in store at the moment. Always have colour coded Isles or in groups which I love and is very aesthetically pleasing. Makes it so much nicer to walk around. Always clean and tidy. Isles slightly small so if busy can seem a bit crammed. Always have lovely things.

Very easy access. I like the vast choice of products available together with late night opening. Which living some distance away means I can visit the store after work.

If your having a bad day come in here and have a look around, the standard of housekeeping is hilarious. So many products not priced correctly, shelves rammed and products spewing onto the floor. i have never seen a national company with so poor standards, these photos were taken on a quiet Friday afternoon the floor photo is the lift which looks like its not been cleaned in a year. Who stacked this pallet stepped back and said that looks ok. WOW just WOW

I love their Christmas Decorations, some now at 30% off. Kitchen good prices compared to major supermarkets on certain. Items, very helpful staff in Hankridge store. Well done.

Sometimes they have what you're after and a lot of the time they don't.
Feel like they could definitely use some more staff as they always seem busy or having to jump on tills.
Prices can be very good here, but that's if the item is even priced.
Biggest frustration about this place is that the items are so rarely priced.
In the picture you'll see 6+ items and only one price... And that isn't even for the item that's above it.
But I don't think that's the staff's fault, more the lack of staff as already mentioned.

Low prices, but you do get what you pay for, unfortunately lots of products not priced up and ailes and shelves mostly mixed up with multiple products. More staff needed.
Service at the tills was decent.
