The Range, Newark

I would just like to say that Kayleigh was absolutely excellent. I went to the store as I had seen the Salter dual air fryers advertised. They did not have any in at the Newark store, but Kayleigh took all my details and said she would reserve one for me when they came in stock. A few days later I had a phone call from her saying that she had one in-store for me that she had placed it behind the customer service desk for me to collect. Excellent service. Thank you Kayleigh .

Terrible, staff have appalling attitude, are unhelpful and lack knowledge and experience of the products they sell in the place they are employed. Poor quality products, don't waste your money.

The strap-line for this shop "if we don't stock it, you don't need it.!" ..is so true they stock just about everything for the home and garden plus kids toys and crafts. They have a very good cafe too... always worth a visit. 👍

General range of products. Some unique and quirky. Great for casual browsing.

The staff are friendly and professional. Knows stick lines and locations

Just popped in earlier with My Daughter & grandson for a bite to eat. I had a tiny bowl child size bowl, looked like a soup bowl. There were no more than ten wedges in it not enough for my grandson, He had sausage curly fries & beans good portion size for him. But the curly fries were rock hard. Daughter had jacket potatoe & salad portion size good but the jacket was only warm not even hot enough to melt the butter. At a cost of £16. Absolutely scandalous that prise or what. We could of gone to morros for a full breakfast far cheaper. Very disappointed.

BE CAREFUL! They not accept returns or refund for over the Christmas time. They only replace item if is faulty.
Big disappointment also concern if that Christmas policy is legal.

Did not have the things I wanted. Like ping-pong balls. And no bags of straw. Had to laugh the young girl said it's not the season for straw.😄

I'm sorry to say but the lady who served me today can't count. I was scammed out of £10!!!!. I will add that the prices on the shelves are different from those at the checkout not first time. Very disappointed!!
