Recently ordered curtains from Dunelm's Made to Measure service. I'm so delighted with them. A beautiful sewing job and the pattern match is excellent. Thank You Dunelm.

Great selection of Dorma bedding, duvets, pillow cases and accessories. Great value and quality. Nothing like new cosy bedding to beat the winter blues and rise in energy costs. Hot water bottle next..

Giving this a 2 star based on the experience we had. Bought over £100 worth of Egyptian Cotton Towels and they were never in good condition. Tried to take them back but were told they couldn't do it and a manager would ring the next day. Manager didn't ring, had to send emails across over a few days, then stopped hearing back. Had to go on the live chat who eventually agreed a refund. For the price of their products, they're certainly not quick to give your money back if you're not happy.

I visited here on Sunday, I became visibly and obviously unwell in the store and had to sit down and then again unwell and in pain at the till. I was surprised how punters and store personal just walked past me with no offer of assistance. I ended up in A&E overnight with a diagnosed problem and excellent care at the Emergency Unit at the Heath hospital, Cardiff and I am now recovering well.

Remember the Parable of the Good Samaritan? Don't look like it.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well laid out store and everything is easy to find. There's also a coffee shop.

Ordered a rug online for store pickup, all good but the creases in the rug would not fall out. Dunelm were great, they replaced the rug with no hassle and helped us find a rug which better suited what we were after (good selection of rugs in store). .. Couldn't fault their customer service.

Nice clean, easy access space. Cakes were really tasty and had been reduced in price per slice. Will definitely be going back as it is a really nice meeting place.

So many beautiful and useful things for your house. Plenty of options to decorate your house. The only bad things was that i could not take them with me to my country (due to luggage weight limit).
