What an amazing experience. The images are crystal clear and the fly-through is almost as good as actually being there. Almost. What you gain from a visit is a warm welcome, great atmosphere, professional and knowledgeable sales staff and a feast for the senses. An unique shop in a fabulous setting. You must go!!!

Lovely shop with plenty of things you won't find elsewhere. Always treated as a valued customer however little or much that I spend.

Helen loves this shop normally but even more since they gave sanctuary to a terrified Great Dane puppy who decided bagpipes, drums and traction engines were too much.
Took15 minutes to get him out. Fortunately none of the lovely stock damaged!

First of all l would like to say the amazing reviews l have read were kind detailed and from the heart the other two were not lam afraid and certainly not kind anyway here comes a good one!!!!! I have been into this shop on a number of occasions it was recommended by a young lady 👩 called Sarah,the lady at the desk recognised me from the summer ,l bought some Christmas Dec's this time and a beautiful jumper.

I was really excited 😁 to see the Christmas stock and wasn't disappointed, l am due to visit again in the spring can't wait well done ladies.

My review was concerning the fact that your staff did not speak to me or my wife. Nothing to do with wearing masks or Covid 19 rules. The fact that your staff chose not even greet us upon entering your shop or even acknowledged that we were there is bad customer service. We have used your shop many times and the young girls are much more courteous than the two older women who were on yesterday. Ignorance is a bad trait to have.

Lovely discovery in Llandudno this morning. Fabulous house style. Beautiful things in stock..a real treasure trove and a super helpful lady in the shop this morning. Thank you for wrapping my purchases so carefully and pointing out amazing items in stock.. Will be back on my next visit to Llandudno
