Charlies Stores Ltd Newtown (Market Street)

This place is a little treasure trove for bits and bobs. The kids toy selection has some nice cheap toys for the kids to spend their pocket money on and such a different selection to other shops. Saw toys and games I've not seen since I was a lad which was quite a while ago

This store is a gem - it always has what I need and the staff are friendly and helpful.

If Charlie's in town don't have it, they have it on the Dyffryn estate. If they don't have it on their Dyffryn estate, they have it in Coed-y-Dinas, near Welshpool. If you're looking for parts or tools then they're better than B&Q in a lot of ways.

Good choice of household goods, DIY, clothing, shoes a d much more. The store could do with an update as the inside reminds me of stores in the 1960's

Obnoxious rude inpatient intolerant staff including management drive to help an old pensioner by giving cash or even buying the product for him because it was damaged they refused to me the sale and asked me to leave rude unprofessional no customer care whatsoever I will not be shopping there ever again NH

Wish we had a Charlies store in Birmingham.
One of those stores that seems to sell everything and reasonably priced.

Great place for the odds and ends tools clothing footwear verry good
