Dunelm

An excellent store with excellent location and parking . It was about 5:30 pm on Thursday afternoon but no one could be found on the floor or in the Cafeteria to answer our query or to order a cup of coffee!

However, there is a vast selection of household goods on sale and there was a cashier visible - the only person we could see!

Love shopping in dunelm as they have most things you can think of there, handy for Xmas shopping as well. Good coffee as well.

First time here!It will be our last too.Very slow service,no manners,grumpy staff!Managment need to teach the staff some better costumer service and better manners!

There's so much variety on offer. The staff are really friendly and professional and go out of their way to help.

The gentleman in the cafe appreciated a little humour and provided an equally appreciated measure of whitt in return. He was also very helpful and brought the drinks to my table without any quams. 😊🙏😊

If you can't get it in here then you don't need it, the only bad thing I will say, once again we were let down in the cafe and finished off leaving with nothing. The girls in the cafe are fantastic but too much pressure is put on them during busy periods and they have no back up, Dunelm, get your act together and employ more staff during busy weekends, you are lucky to have such excellent staff don't lose them by overworking them.

Refused " Dylon fabric dye" because I didn't have ID. Girl on till called for manager to confirm I looked old enough but too lazy to come down and said " it's the rules" never heard so much rubbish in all my life. Apparently you have to be 24 to purchase it.

Well me and my wife came here for new towels and a great selection fare play, but at the check out we was served by the most miserable women ever, no name tag but shoulder length brown hair, her attitude stunk, she was like she had no presents for Christmas and brought her mood to work, if she would smile her face would crack. If your don't like your job love move on.

The shop it self is good, but the restaurant wants organising, you have to wait to long, they don't clear the tables fast enough, and one of the waitresses wipes the table down and then leaves it soaking wet ,and you have to dry it yourself, don't they train them properly.
