The Range

Great big store with plenty of space between each aisle and two floors. The home department has such a variety, all displayed either by colours or patterns. Seriously impressed, shall be visiting again.

Large store, plenty of choice although the tools and power tool selection is quite limited I could still buy a electric grinder for under £20. Staff seemed good and willing to help out with enquiries and service. Edit, the grinder was rubbish and died within 5 seconds, literally 5 seconds of being used, and of course id lost the receipt, down to 4 stars for selling junk

The usual 3 stars for this place. Gaps on shelves, no prices and hardly any staff anywhere to be seen.
Went for a brew and tea cake at the cafe, there was only member of staff there. Fair play to her, she was doing her best, but how the management expect 1 person to serve, cook, clear tables and not looked p***ed off, beats me.
After 15 minutes, I asked for a refund as I had to go.
Chris Dawson, the owner of the company neads to get his head out of his arse, and put some money into the staff problems. Never heard of anyone more tight than him.

Love this store.

Wasn't able to locate what I needed. Asked for help and the store assistant guided me to the right area. Very helpful with lovely staff.

The centre itself is quite nice. The travelator to walk upstairs was out of order, but no big deal. The real let down was the cleanliness of the men's toilet and what looks like the nappies in the eisabled/baby change area had not been changed in days. You can only imagine the smell when you open the bin lid!

Plenty of parking on the plus side, though.

Prices on the goods would have been nice. Kept having to go to customer services to ask what things cost - and interrupted the chinwag the employees were having. Paying took forever, as there was just the one person at the cash desk and later another one, but she had no clue what she was doing, so that didn't help much and the one person who was doing some work had to keep abandoning his cash desk to rescue her.

The range had a great selection of goods in store and floor staff were helpful my only complaint would be slow at checkouts not enough tills working at the time I was there but I will be using the store again because this is only a minor inconvenience
