The Range

I was amazed by all the items they have here. The selection is huge. Prices seem fair. The building is very big and I could only find one member of staff on the floor who seemed to be helping lots of people. But, this gentleman was not very knowledgeable of the products they sold

I like the products from the range but I'm unhappy with delivery my box comes with a few dents and the parcels are thrown around. My glass item was in pieces and I payd alot of money for it. Super p**sed off

Lots of Chinese tat under one roof. I'm surprised the prices are not in Yuan.
Having said that, I regularly buy all sorts of stuff there.. Long live the Chinese shopping experience.
I didn't give them full marks as I was in the Cardiff branch looking for their homebrew section (homebrew kits from New Zealand! So that knocks my Chinese comments out 😂) when I asked a member of staff where I might find the homebrew kits... She did try and help but then gave up and said the person who knows is off today, then ran away.

Haven't been to this store for quite a few years. First impression on turning up in the car park was how tatty the building looked but infairness made up for it inside. Could have spent a fortune with all the nice bits and bobs ! Nice service tbf.

Its an ok discount store plenty of stock, its got empty pallets on the floor so people have walk over them to get from one side to the other, they have crammed the aisle hopefully no one will have an accident, there is an Iceland inside aswell, plenty of carpark spaces

I love the little unexpected things you find in the range. Have only marked it a 4 though as I find their things like bedding and such things over priced.

The lady with glasses in customer desk is unprofessional, rude with no manners and knowledge. This kind of people shouldn't work in the front desk. Overall the store has a big mess about their stuff, making people confusing and wasting time. I prefer buy in argos instead of here.
Definitely I will not recommend this store.

Visited the Range today and was not happy. The shop was a shambles it was like walking around a jumble sale. The shelves were a mess. There was empty boxes and wrappers strewn everywhere. Most aisles were blocked with packing trolleys and boxes making them inaccessible. We ended up walking back out as we couldn't access the aisles we wanted to go down.
