Friendly staff, lovely cafe. Only disappointment 😞 was their beautiful clothes are not in smaller sizes than a 8 & I'm a 4-6 in size due to ill health but I will still carry on shopping here for other goods

I really like this store. It offers excellent value, especially the clothes. Changing room, cafe and a good homeware section. Prices are very competitive. Plenty of parking (although there is a charge as it is a county car park). There is an in-store toilet as well. Highly recommended.

Popped in today whilst I was in the area for school clothes for my boys so went to the cafe for lunch. They eat for £1 which is great however there was 4 items of fruit to select from (2 apples 2 oranges) in their me deal and the member of staff said “that’s all that’s left until Friday” wouldn’t say it was a professional response. Knowing there is a high demand for kids eat for £1 they were very poorly stocked for the foods. They also only got half a sandwich each in their meal. Don’t feel like me children had a decent meal. Won’t be going again!

Ordered an online purchase, in email stated couldn't pick up untill after 17.00. Online stated open untill 19.00, arrived at 18.20 only to find a tatty temporary hours notice on the door stating closes at 18.00. While then putting our now unhappy baby back in the car noticed 3 others walk up to the shop entrance with phones out, appearing to attempt to collect items.

Please at least update closing times online and or put it in the collection email

Just been here bought xbox Control (ALL CONTROLLERS ARE COVERED WITH SECURITY WIRE NEED STAFF TO REMOVE) upstairs. Walked downstairs with both controller and receipt in hand walked out. Security guard after hearing an alarm follows me shouts Oi you come here come back in the store. Said no showed receipt he tried to snatch it and walk back in with it. The guy is a joke. Needs more training or firing.

Well laid out, friendly staff. Only drawback is customer toilets have been out of action for a while

Someone had told Oprah that the George sale had started as she needed some new jeans, unfortunately the store is closed and it was a wasted journey, the lady in Wilkos said it will reopen on the 12th of April, luckily Oprah had managed to land her helicopter at Dunelm so it wasn't far to walk back. Better luck next time Oprah.

Nice large spacious shop with a good range of clothes and other products for the home. Lifts and toilets are nice and clean, so ideal for anyone with mobility problems. Café is good enough for a cuppa and snack, but had run out of a lot of items on the menu - so one star off.
