The range products were as always good quality, however the cafe leaves a lot to be desired.

We took our grandson and he wanted a baby chino they were unable to do this as it wasn't on the till, I asked for Milk this also couldn't be done. Ended up asking for the children eat for a £1 however was told no one in to make it, I only wanted the cold option which was a sandwich, piece of fruit, snack and a drnk. Ended up with just a milkshake (box not made) for my grandson, tea and a latte.

Good store and well stocked. Customer service could be improved though. It's a large store and not always easy to find your way around. Meet and greet on entry would be helpful.

To be fair the range has a wide range of all sorts of items. Great Xmas ideas at the moment. Great place to wonder around.
Staff always very helpful and polite.
On another note, car park and exit from estate on a weekend is a nightmare, but I suppose you expect that on weekends.

All staff need re training. I asked for a refund the guy said can you stand there while I serve the others and wait, he continued to serve about 20 million
Customers making me wait 15 minutes before even opening his mouth to ask someone to call another worker to issue the refund even though the person who issues the refunds walked passed me a million times. Not sure why the guy serving me didn’t think to use his brain and ask him to issue my refund. Finally decided to re acknowledge me for him to then turn around and say it’s the wrong card and I didn’t have the correct card which is funny as my bank statement said the range and I only have one debit card so clearly he took down the wrong 4 numbers on my card. 30 mins later issue still not resolved. Clearly the staff are extremely slow and need a lot of training

Messy and an annoying accouncer on the store megaspeaker. 🙄 overheard staff complaining about Xmas and in ear shot of young kids. The store shouldn't be a hazard to tripping which I did, absolutely no room to walk and browse. Christmas stock has been all dumped from front door to back. Unfortunately the only thing I bought was lighter fluid and a bottle of water..!! Customer service with a smile and pride in your work. Not bothered with your job then someone else can do it. More jungle hell, than jingle bells. FYI I have worked in the range and other department stores so know what I should see etc...

Well arranged store that is kept very tidy. Good selection of items available. Tills very busy today and only a few on but more opened as queues started to build.

Has pretty much everything you can think of for a store that advertises home, garden and leisure. A good range of Christmas lights and products to.

I'm a disabled pensioner using a mobility scooter. Very Very tight to negotiate all the aisles. Otherwise reasonable shopping experience.
