Homebase - Honiton

Staff (in particular a man named “Steff” ) could use training in customer service.
“ I can’t sell you a parasol because it’s 5 to 7 and we close at 7”
really isn’t good enough :(

Desperate looking store. Homebase has lost its way during and since Bunnings fiasco.
Can't make up it's mind wether it is a DIY or homestore and does neither well

Yeah it was ok,never busy there though.Popped in for some sandpaper and picked up a couple of things for the house too..

Staff are pretty good considering what they have to work with store is pretty awful and everything stacked on top of each other covered in dust needs a good revamp Shame as used to be pretty decent store definitely needs some serious improvement and effort otherwise you can just see it’s will close sometime soon.

What i hated more than anything was there was no publucs toilets anymore first time I went there in over 6 years ago, and apart from no loos it would of been more enjoyable walking around a funeral home, it was cold and no atmosphere and the staff looked like they would rather be home than working there, was very disappointed in the whole experience, we had such an unpleasant day in Honiton we would ever go back there. Last time I went it was a lovely place 6 years old everywhere you looked or went felt very run down

Lots of choice . Has everything you need to repair and refurbish your home and make it your own. Very happy with our purchase and reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic customer service, knew exactly where everything was. Fast checkout and all with a smile

No clear signs where to go to buy goods, all check outs unstaffed. 2 staff chatting behind the customer service desk. No greeting or apology for the waiting time. I used to like the staff and had good experiences at this store, 2 years ago. I wish to be constructive, but had I been made to wait longer, I was on the verge of walking out, with no purchases.
