Bathstore Enfield is closed. Visit Homebase London Haringey to shop Bathstore products

Missed my delivery because their system didn't send out the 4 hour time slot SMS so incurred a second delivery charge of £50. No reasoning with their customer service. Won't be getting my money or recommendation again.

Parking is available around the corner in Church Lane Car Park. We liked some of the ranges and features on show but there was only one advisor working on a Saturday afternoon. We waited for 60 minutes but still didn't get any service. We will look again online but will probably go elsewhere now.

I am now a total fan of Bathstore. Initially we had a personal visit from one member of staff who measured up and gave us a suggested layout. We then visited the store in Enfield twice and on both occasions received excellent advice and recommendations from Neil and the store manager Arri.
. We were told of offers that met with our requirements and the quality and
price of what we saw was terrific. We had their full attention the whole time. We ended up buying everything for our bathroom refit. We didn’t need to shop around.
Ps Can you believe we had to go back as we changed our mind over one of the items! Again met with patience and support from Arri. Just hope all the products are as good as the customer care. Thank you guys!

I visited and met Ari store manager today. He was welcoming , well prepared ,patient and obviously very knowledgeable. He provided everything and more in what I needed in a new bath room. Ari is the most professional store manager I have ever come across. First class service. Ten out ten.

Had a horrific experience with that store. The delivery was not complete, wrong items were sent. When returning item they’ve charged £50 for collection. Refund not received for already 3 weeks after the item was returned. Keep calling to store they redirect to customer service and customer service redirects to the store. Nightmare!!!! Avoid the Bathstore, better to go elsewhere. No star should be given but otherwise the review can not be posted.

After I visited their store I noticed that they pressured me to pay and buy their products through constant phone calls. After you have, a big surprise awaits you, firstly there’s so delivery date, followed by missing items. When calling, customer services, it took multiple phone calls to receive a reply. A refund takes multiple phone calls. Bathstore delivery is the most horrible delivery connection I have experienced. Customer service is poor and hangs up the phone or refers you to the store, which funnily enough refers you back to customer service. The problem was never resolved. Think hard before considering Bath Store.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Arri, Cofi & Neil we’re just brilliant! The advise was superb and they knew exactly what we wanted for our taste. We also were welcome to bring our beloved four legged friend into the store (he loved them and they loved him!)

Went into the bath store in Enfield with a problem re toilet seat.
Was greeted by a young man Arri who couldn’t have been more helpful and so so polite he was able to deal with our issue so efficiently, would definitely go back to that particular bath store again.
