What a nightmare!! in July I ordered 4 Securit 3* euro cylinders, 3 arrived, one was banana shaped with no keys so pretty useless. I emailed them, give them credit a guy phoned and promised to let me know when they were back in stock.
2 months later i had heard nothing so emailed saying if they cant supply i will cancel my order. I believe i have been very patient. All i got back was "we have refunded the missing and broken locks.
All i wanted was 4 similar looking locks to go on my conservatory double doors and dining room double doors. So i am left with one that will fit one each of the 2 sets of doors.
Told them i wanted to send the ones i have, back...well that will be at your cost!!! They couldn`t deliver what i ordered and Ive got to pay postage.
Customer service is a total joke, you are lucky if you get more than a dozen words strung together, obviously not bothered to read what you have said.
Avoid this company at all costs, cant supply what they say are available on their website and couldnt care less

I have ordered keys and cylinders two years ago and everything went fine.
This time I have ordered 3 cylinders keyed alike and 4 extra keys.
The store sent me a tracking number that is stating that the parcel is still in transit and I already got it. I wonder if they sent me the right tracking number. This wouldn't be a major problem but they didn't send the 4 keys I ordered which renders the cylinders useless, as people can't get access inside the house. And they REFUSE to send the missing keys...
Very poor customer support.
A waste of time, money and a major HEADACHE!
My advice is: Keep away.

Ordered via Amazon a Yale Platinum 3star euro antisnap lock in Nov21 from Home Secure. It came in a plastic bag which I thought was strange but guy said thats the way they get supplied!(b&q have same lock in hard plastic case bt didn't have required size). Due to mum's recent ill health, we need spare keys but realised my order did not come with the code tag. Enquired with Home Secure, guy said I should've asked for missing code tag when I got it. I tried to explain that as I have only needed spare key now, I was not aware that a code tag was missing until now. He commented that there was no proof I hadn't just lost the tag. A bit cheeky, i mean why would anyone waste their own time trying to sort out things if they knew it was just lost. I have contacted Yale but no reply yet. I have now had to spend a lot of time&money trying to find a locksmith to supply a spare key. Not happy.

I would not recommend this Company for purchasing anything online. I ordered a lock and two additional keys and the two additional keys did not work and when I asked for replacements I was told that all keys are checked before they leave (that was their response) implication was that I was wrong. There was no mention of offering replacement keys or asking for the lock and all the keys back for a replacement. The communication is lousy and rude and although the mistake was completely there's there has been a complete refusal to refund the postage costs to return the lock. Clearly if the product you buy from them is right then it's all okay but when it is wrong they don't give a monkeys and I think that all the negative reviews that you can see all pretty much say the same thing

Staff very helpful and experienced.
Found me a replacement door mechanism. And explained how to fit it. Will recommend this company
And use it in future good value too on price. Door now fixed Happy customer.

Very impressed with the handling of my order from start to finish, the price and the advice was excellent along with the speed of the delivery. I got everything exactly as ordered plus a nice surprise bonus key FOC, that sales remembered me enquiring about, when I rang up about it prior to ordering, as the required quantity in my selected combination was not available at the time. All in all a top firm and would definitely use again.
