Friendly staff, great choice of worktops! Much better for choice than the likes of B&Q, IKEA (I have an IKEA kitchen...just didn't like their choice of tops). Good value for money too.

As i work there i know that the customer is put first and try to get their order as fast as possible. Even do delivery with next day an option

Great products, BUT over priced even if you have a trade account, clearly when they're doing promotions like free delivery, 10% off FRIDAY & SATURDAY just reduce your prices, may help sales...
Laughable.... Don't try to phone on a Saturday for the Saturday promotions... They don't answer the phones at the weekend lol ..
You have to get in your car and go down to the site to place your enquiry or order....

40 miles travel to come and see sign at the door saying they closed . friday 18 november . THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ON GOOGLE.

I CALLED TO TELL THEM IF THEY OPEN 24 HOURS 7 DAY THEN I DO NOT BOTHER TO VISIT THIS PLACE .

Great staff, great choice of floors, and worktops.

I wanted to purchase some nuice bushboard Driftwood pattern they 2420x1200 Shower boards! Well IDS price £376.70 ea.I got the same for £237.52 on the web. BIG RIP OFF.

Watched a vlog featuring IDS in Nunaeton, very impressive store and range of products with lots of samples to examine and the staff were all great. Often businesses are rude or hostile towards photographers but the staff were polite and helpful and gave the cameraman no hassle. Good company, others take note... you might get some free advertising.
