Cardiff Honda

Staff are very friendly I felt from the start that the service was going to be done properly and it was, I forgot my car needed a sulphur update but they did not when I drove to Cardiff Honda my CR-V diesel averaged 61.4 mpg on the way back with worst weather it averaged 70.1 mpg. I only have one small criticism that there were no drinks available and because I'm disabled I should of been warned before hand so I could take my medication but they deserve the 5 star rating I have given them. I hope to return next year for my service

Really great service. James was so friendly and such an easy guy to speak to during the sales of the car.

I did send the car in for a few niggles under warranty a couple of weeks later. All ready within a few hours! They even replaced my wiper blades and valeted the car in with the warranty work. Mark, who dealt with this for me was such a pleasure to deal with both in person and on the phone too.

It's so rare to find such a friendly company nowadays, especially regarding cars. In all honesty, there were other cars on my shortlist but the service I received here meant I didn't even bother to test drive them. Awesome job guys!

I had an excellent experience with Honda Cardiff and sales manager Robert Bromley who was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Also delighted with my new car, a Honda Jazz.

After disappointing service at another Honda service station, I have just had my car Civic serviced at Cardiff Honda. The service was excellent. A special mention to Alison Hope who was so helpful, so informative. Alison went above & beyond to ensure we got the best service possible. Alison is a credit to the company.

Feel very let down by bath honda/mg part of this hsh group hense review on this site bought car for my wife at bath viewed in bad wet weather did not realise what terrible condition alloy wheels were in car was delivered to us again in very wet weather so two days later dry day checked car over and alloy wheels in terrible condition and wheel bolts very rusted and no marks on them showing any socket have been used them also locking wheel nut was still in bag in boot same place it was when we viewed car so fail to see how the service dept checked brakes etc with wheels in place but to late then has paid for car in full so sent two e mails direct to sales manager at bath honda /mg last saturday and no reply has yet Tuesday so read this review and make your mind up lots of reputable dealers about but my experience is this is not one of them take your money and do not prepare car to high standard and dont want to know afterwards / futher to the dealers reply to this post below was contacted by e mail eventually by the sales manager of bath honda /mg who also said he had phoned me numerous times funny i had no missed calls ? and he did not offer to put wheels on car right just said he wanted us to travel to bristol honda then also pay £200 for wheel refurb so that says it all really i rest my case terrible customer service,
