The Shisha Shop

Reading comments about the company and other people's orders were missing, I was a little bit concern about my order. After couple days of online purchase I checked status of my order on website account and it was still processing, so I called to company to double check but nobody answered, thus I left voicemail leaving message about my order, 10-15 min later, I received phone call from theshishashop.co.uk and they confirmed that my order will be on Friday. The package was delivered as they told me. Decent package, fast delivery, even though the box was hit in several places, no vase damage or other parts.

I really don't understand that bad reviwies. They are just fantastic. Everything came in time, safely packed and I got message each time when status of delivery was changed. And shisha is in great quality. Superb staff. If I'll have to order some equipment so just from them. Thank you guys.

Drove from Southampton especially to visit this place. Called the day before (twice) to ask questions and confirm they'd be open. Arrived @ 11am Friday 1st July only to find the shop / unit was closed. Tried calling but no answer and went to answer machine.

Tried to call again throughout the day. Again at 1 then at 3. Same thing, no answer.

What is it about the shisha world that makes these sort of encounters / let downs / disappointments all too common?

Called the next day only to be lied to. "Yes we were in", "We were just so busy, the phone was ringing off the hook" etc etc. Not cool.

If you're an un-serious person looking to deal with an un-serious business - then this is the place for you! 1 star. It is what it is.

Would not recommend, ordered a set, but was bought one the same day, i emailed to cancel the order (which was before it was shipped) it still turned up, have sent more emails and tried to use their chat to return the products, but do not receive any response at all, it has been over 2 weeks now. Shocking service!

Decided to buy a hookah set but didn’t know how to start or what to do. The website is very informative and genuinely helps when deciding what to buy. As a beginner I decided to buy a nicotine free starter set which comes with: the hookah, 2 ice rock flavors, foil, charcoals and quick light coals and other essentials, all you would need to do is add water and assemble the pipe.

I ordered on a Friday and received the set on Tuesday the next week. The hookah was very easy to assemble and was up and running within 15 minutes. Just placed another order for more flavors of the nicotine free ice rockz, looking forward to trying them.

Highly recommending this shisha shop bought my epox565 very happy with purchase. Very good customer service as i had few questions and they were answered very quickly. Will definitely be placing more orders
