The staff are nice and will always try to help you. Unfortunately the lines can be long but the prices of the games and DVDs are very good. The tech (phones, computers etc) is quite expensive though. Everything is covered by a warranty though and they do tend to hold up their end.

May be a little biased since my first job was in the Stroud store but ever since I’ve moved on the store is still my go-to place for tech and second hand games.

Small store, hardly ever have to wait in line and always have a nice chat with the staff (old and new)

Bought my PS4 from them a while back and still going strong with no issues. If I ever had issues I know they’d be able to help me out (if it’s still under warranty that is)

I wouldn't normally take the time to rate a shop like CeX but I felt obliged to.
The shop itself is fairly standard if you have ever visited a CeX - slightly odd smelling, stacks of used phones and 50p DVDs but the staff at this store were great. Jason, who I assume is the manager, was welcoming and helpful and made the experience of buying something here actually feel positive which is not easy when you're selling secondhand goods. Quite good. I bought an xbox one from cex but it broke after a few days, but I went in and they immediately gave me a different one that works fine. Good prices, generous prices offered when trading in and knowledgeable staff. A very well stocked, efficient establishment.

Been coming here for a few years now. Staff are always helpful.

Good place to off haul old games dvds and tech. Usually get ok prices for stuff traded.

Love this store so much.. Have got so many great films and box sets .. Both old and fairly new.. Used to exchange alot of unwanted dvds but they sell them so cheap some as little as 50p don't really get much return. Everything is guaranteed and staff pretty tech savvy for all your enquires.

Good if you are buying games or dvds but if you are after 2nd hand consoles or controllers you are better off going and buying new as cex charge the same price for used items !

Found the website hard to use. Couldn't get any help from a human. No-one to answer the phone. Not enough of what I wanted in stock so I bought a phone & laptop from Amazon which were in great as new condition & arrived the next day!
