Witherslack Hall Equestrian Centre

I had a 45 minute lesson and a 90 minutes hack. The instructor for the lesson was brilliant as was the hack out, the horse I used for both was well schooled and I didn't feel at any point he was a typical riding school horse. I had a fantastic time and would recommend this equestrian school to anyone. Hoping to return next year as I live about 2 hours away, otherwise I would be there most weeks

My children ride every week at Witherslack. They have lessons and hack out regularly.
They are well instructed, the horses are well cared for, fit, happy, and there is always a horse/pony for moving up on to when my girls have reached the next level. The staff are polite and friendly. Can't recommend enough!

Hi. I have to state CLEARLY my recent stay here were FANTASTIC. I'm NO stranger to this AMAZING neck of the woods as I PROUDLY attended the nice boarding school next door many years ago where I had a COMPLETE ball of a time. During my recent stay I had a WONDERFUL
welcome visit to the school. Again the equestrian centre, I HONESTLY feel I received VERY VERY good value for money and I look corward to coming back soon.

Recently been to Witherslack Hall Equestrian for 2 sets of 4 private lessons whilst on holiday in the area. Both times I was taught by Mollie. Mollie is a great teacher and I’ve learnt so much. She knows the horses well - so can give you advice based on what works for that horse. The horses are also a high calibre - not the usual riding school horse. Would recommend this Equestrian Centre for all riding abilities - beginner up to advanced riders. I’ve enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to go back. 😊

We had a great time at Witherslack last week....despite the awful weather. My daughter loved her residential and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the b&b. It was rather nice being left to our own devices and very relaxing!

I was really impressed with Deana and her team; she truly cares about her horses, guests and staff. V forthright and professional which gave me absolute confidence on my rides.

Million thanks to the whole team at the Whiterslack hall equestrian centre and the lovely horses we rode: Milly, Jake, Waldo, Darcy, River, Flake and Thomas.
We spent a wonderful, calming and sporty week in the B&B walking, trotting or cantering our way through the stunning estate.
Horses are great, riding instructors very helpful and Janet and Deana are great B&B hosts.
Definitely coming back.

Absolutely amazing for all age groups and all abilities of horse riding my daughter love it and goes for a riding lesson every Thursday after school I would strongly recommend it
