I’ve just had a colposcopy at the women’s health clinic and the nurses there are nothing short of incredible. They are an absolute credit to the NHS. Thank you so much to these amazing ladies.

The people on this unit were so lovely, Especially Janet, Gail and Natalie. I think Janet may have been the nicest HCA ever and was so reassuring when she took me down to theatre! I was in for emergency surgery and they were just super caring and awesome 💕 Thank you all so much, even the cleaner was so friendly 🧡

Attended on the 26th January. Arrived at 11:55 as my appointment was at 12. Checked in reception and they asked me to go to where the nursing station was in waiting area. I sat there and waited. Time past and it way past my scheduled appointment,it got to 1245. So I went to the nursing station and asked if the knew what time I would be seen. They asked for my name to which I gave.asked me to take a seat. Few minutes later a nurse came and fetched me. By this point I was fed up. The appointment was to schedule miscarriage management . The nurse stated that reception hadn't informed them I had arrived.the nurse was just play rude. No acknowledgement in my feelings of being fed up and having had previous miscarriages .it felt like they just saw me as they had to not because they wanted to. No compassion just abrupt and hostile .The doctor was rude and hadn't even bother reading my notes prior to seeing me. From saying "sorry you lost your baby", to then say " dispose of the products of conception". No consistency and then asked if it was my first loss , despite holding my notes that would indicate my history . Very poor attitude for such a sensitive subject.

Such kindness, compassion and professionalism were shown to me whilst I underwent a procedure a few days ago. Wonderful people
