shocking behaviour , helpin to invalidate and completely ignore their own medical science where its accurate in favour of a strange archaic system of insightless idiots with active and abusive psychopaths running rife, trolling and infuriating patients on behalf of parents who do the same and reside in entirely different regions of the uk.
DISGUSTING ORGANISATION AND THIS LITTLE nest of vipers is seemingly totally cut off and autonomous from the rest of the nhs.

The only place that since I've been the adult mental health services that have cared, staff are friendly and my CCO is amazing, been through me during bad manic episodes and were very caring and explained everything after first getting diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. Sometimes they run a little late but they're caring for a lot of people and that's understandable.

A WAKING NIGHTMARE, QUITE LITERLLY,, IVE NEVER MET A BUNCH OF PEOPLE SO INCOMPETENT YET SO BOLD AND RPOUD AND INSIGHTLESS. and when youve no chivce but to contact thjem,, there are no independernt menta heath organisations in southampton so yo have no choice...
and they are alwasy invariably, in ameeting , on a visit etc,,,,

Fantastic care staff are lovely doctors are understanding my mental health team is fantastic clinic staff are lovely and the receptionist's are always happy🙂

Some of the reviews on here are clearly from people who mentally unwell and feel like they didn’t it get there needs met. Also to go on about sectioning is just ridiculous...
I have seen many health professionals here some may be better than others but that is the same in any profession. I have never had to wait any longer than 10 minutes for my appointment, they have always been caring and compassionate, I even find the reception staff very helpful.

I’m sad to see some of these awful reviews by people. I’m assuming you didn’t get your own way? Didn’t become magically cured?
This service is serving a huge amount of people and doing the best they can in a horrendous time for the NHS and mental health. I can confirm that the person below who stated they only treat drug related psychosis, is incorrect. They help a huge number of problems/diagnosis’. They have fantastic staff members who truly care. Yes, iv had some bad experiences with one person, thankfully they left and iv now got a fantastic cpn who I trust and appreciate. If you are looking to enter college keep and be cured, educate yourself better. They are there to support you in learning skills and ways to better manage your mental health so that you are able to live a better life inspite of it. Not a perfect one.
I’m thankful for them! If you think they are that bad, crack on alone. You will be losing a team who are so valuable.
Please don’t listen to all these negative reviews. Sadly we live in a country that love to moan and don’t appreciate what’s out there to help. You won’t be cured but you will certainly be a better person in dealing with yourself.
Lower your expectations please, moaners. The NHS won’t be free forever.

Thay manipulate and play mind games thay diagnosed then refused to listen to my opinion then repeat my opinion back to me at a later date, as I said mind games, thay create mental illness thay make people sick then push drugs on them making patent brain dead making it easier to manipulate. They called police on me and told lies several times onettime lead to court but I was able to prove thay lied so I was discharged but of course it still harmed my mental health where was thay in this time of stress thay created? Nowhere I moved to Southampton on my own I had no friends or family around me in 8 months I was seen 3 times then several months after that I was completely neglected for 2 months then I sent an email calling them heartless A-Holes in which they replied by saying thay will call the police on me for using a swear word (no lie this happened) thay threatened me with police as they know I had a horrible experience being locked up for 12 hours with ADHD and Autism was horrible. mind games manipulation neglect thay are more sick than the patients I mean that, this place is truly evil and my mental health is so much better since I walked away thay was pushing me to commit suicide stay away from CMHT my old GP told me but I never listened and I wish I did listen. Please don't put yourself through this hell hole. STAY AWAY!
