yesterday 03/06/17 my husband called the 111 service for advice which to our surprise they sent an ambulance crew to check him over which arrived very quickly, and we would like to praise the team who arrived fantastic service Nichole and Hew you should be very proud to have such people working in the service nothing was too much trouble for this pair even after they deposited at the QA on a return visit with another patient Nichole saw us in the waiting area and had a brief check up on us I cannot express what a pleasure it was to meet this pair Thank you
