I decided to have my surgery at Baddow Hospital after several recommendations and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I walked into Baddow Hospital for my first consultation I could not have been treated in a friendlier and more welcoming manor.
The hospital is ultra-modern, contemporary and spotlessly clean. Every single member of staff I met was engaging, compassionate and incredibly considerate this helped put me at ease before, during and after my procedure.
My surgeon was faultless, explaining my surgery fully, answering all questions in depth and making me feel completely at ease.
All said my experience at Baddow Hospital was outstanding. They offer the highest levels of excellence and the best health care combined with the latest procedures. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough and I would not now consider any other hospital for future procedures.
I would highly recommend this hospital.

Dr Mendis has clearly discussed options all the way through and in both operations performed excellent and always informed during the process.
The staff at the Hospital , including receptionists and nurses are exceptional and very professional. I actually believe they have been the best nurses that have ever cared for me.
I would definitely recommend this Hospital to anyone requiring daycare. The location is excellent in a quiet area and is very easy to get to with plenty of parking.
Thank you Phoenix
I was asked to be there for 7.30am, driving an hour to do so, the surgeon, who apparently regularly arrives late, turned up at 9.30, and lives 10 minutes away. No apologies, or excuses. Barely spoke to me throughout. Gave me no aftercare information, didnt tell me what they had done, etc. As a registered HCP myself, I thought this was really poor.
